There is no man who can not eat or drink, but few are able to understand what has flavor.

Our farm has a cultivated area of 3 hectares, the rest is left in the woods. We cultivate medicinal plants, ancient plants, small fruits, truffle and hazelnut. In these fields, the company adheres to the model of organic farming. The small fruit is itself varied: various types of raspberries, currants (black and red), different types of blackberries. The collection period for berries is from July to August.

During this period, guests are encouraged to follow the stages of collection and processing of fruits into jams and jellies. The farm produces almost entirely vegetables and legumes used in catering. The presence of so many plants and flowers promotes the breeding of bees and honey production.
